Earlier today, we publicly announced that Apogee will be joining Boldyn Networks, subject to regulatory approval. You can read the press release here. Boldyn Networks is one of the largest shared network infrastructure providers in the United States and globally, and an expert in smart city innovations, private 5G LTE networks, fiber deployment and management, and large venue, arena, and transit connectivity. The planned acquisition will combine Apogee’s expertise in higher ed managed networks and IT services with Boldyn’s extensive wireless infrastructure capabilities, positioning us for accelerated growth in the higher ed market like never before. Boldyn is determined to see Apogee grow and succeed and plans to invest in the business and higher education. I’m delighted that we have reached this significant milestone and excited about its many possibilities for all our stakeholders.

We will soon have access to Boldyn Network’s extensive wireless capabilities, allowing us to offer our clients’ students, faculty, and administration even more wireless infrastructure and related services on their campuses. I’m confident that by joining forces with Boldyn Networks, we will consistently exceed our customers’ current and future expectations.
