IPATHE, which stands for Illinois Partnership to Advance Technology in Higher Education, is an association of IT leaders from all public Illinois universities.

This topic was balanced with cultural and operational goals such as using big data for informed decision making, understanding Maslow’s Hierarchy of Technology Investments, IT Governance and prioritizing strategic initiatives against those that are operationally essential.
