No Longer “Held Hostage” by ResNet Demands

The IT team at Birmingham-Southern College was being ‘held hostage’ by ResNet demands, spending up to 75%-80% of their time and resources on managing, troubleshooting and resolving ResNet issues. Recognizing that ResNet management was severely limiting their ability to advance new technologies and invest in the administrative side of the network, BSC began considering an outside solution.
